Approve November 14, 2011 Town Board Meeting Minutes and Meeting of Electors’ Minutes 4. Affidavit of Posting–Agenda, Agenda for Town/County/Shoreland Zoning Map–Clerk and Chairman to sign 5. Approve Treasurer’s Report for November 6. Adopt Agenda 7. Public Forum 8. TREASURER: Tax Collection Dates and position status 9. Discuss and Adopt 2012 Budget, reallocate any funds – if needed 10. 2012 Winnebago County Per Capita Funding Program, Town of Utica $557.00 11.
