TOWN OF UTICA TOWN BOARD MEETING ~ AGENDA Notice is hereby given that a Town Board meeting in the Town of Utica, County of Winnebago, and State of Wisconsin for the transaction of business as is by law required or permitted to be transacted at such a meeting will be held at the Utica Town Hall, 1730 County Road FF in said Town. Approve January 9, 2012 Town Board Meeting Minutes 4. Affidavit of Posting – Agenda & Resolution – Clerk and Chairman to sign 5. Affidavit of Posting/Publication – Planning/Zoning – Planning Secretary and Chairman to sign 6. Approve Treasurer’s Report for January 7. Adopt Agenda 8. Public Forum 9. Michael Schraa introduction – 53rd District Assembly 10. Town Hall / Pavilion Rental – contract and verify who will handle the rentals & contact info 11. Keys/Locks 12. Lawn Care Contracts 13. Transfer of Legal Files 14. Approve Liquor License – Mason Miller (Wehrman’s) & Nicholas Springstroh (Co-op) 15. Letter to the Co-op saying the Town will abide by the current law for selling liquor starting at 6am. 16. Schedule date for Audit 17. Dog tags – able to add additional fee to cover cost of Constable for next year’s taxes? 18. Town Hall Phone – no long distance plan for faxing. 19. Insurance renewal – set date to meet with Horton Group to review current plan (renews 4/1/12) 24. Erosion Control Permit completed – if major road work done, another permit may be needed with a charge. 25.
