How do I register to vote in the Town of Utica
You must register to vote if you have not previously voted in the Town of Utica. You may do so in the clerk's office during regular office hours or the day of an election at the polls. Download a voter registration application.
- You must be 18 years of age on or before the Election Day.
- You must have been a resident of the Town of Utica for a minimum of ten days prior to Election Day
- You must fill out a Voter Registration form and provide a current driver's license with your new address or ID bearing your current address. Other forms of identification would be a utility bill, bank statement or check book showing your new address.
- You may register by mail, but make sure you include copies of all required identification
